What Jukebox products can I buy?
Currently, we offer 7 natural, cold process soaps - each is handmade and features an amazing signature scent. We also have 4 natural deodorants and 2 accessories a Soap Stage and Wavy Dish. You can buy each separately or in a variety of different sets.
Is Jukebox a new brand?
Yes! We were created by the makers of Dr. Squatch and launched in January 2023

Is Jukebox a Dr. Squatch brand?
Yes! Jukebox is powered by Dr. Squatch. We hired a team of women to work closely with our talented soapmakers to dream up our ideal offering for women. We launched Jukebox in early 2023.

Where can I find the ingredients for Jukebox soaps?

Is Jukebox safe for my skin?
Jukebox soaps are great for all skin types and dermatologist tested. We use natural fats like olive oil, castor oil, and coconut oil and organic shea butter in every bar. Some bars have added ingredients for exfoliation. You can see the “scrub level” for each bar on the product page and on the package. For more information about our natural ingredients, click here.
What is the natural fragrance used in Jukebox soaps?
Our natural-origin scents contain essential oils, are PETA cruelty-free, and never contain parabens, aluminum, phthalates, sulfates, PEGs, CIT/MIT, synthetic colors or dyes. Learn more about our natural-origin fragrances here.
What ingredients are on the Jukebox "no" list?
We take our ingredients seriously and test all of our soaps to ensure quality and safety. We never use parabens, aluminum, phthalates, sulfates, PEGs, CIT/MIT, synthetic colors or dyes.
Is Jukebox cruelty free?
Yes, we are proud to be PETA certified cruelty free. We do not test on animals at any point within our supply chain.
Is Jukebox organic?
Jukebox soaps are not certified organic but some of our ingredients - like our organic shea butter - are. All of our soaps are made with natural ingredients like vegetable oils, clays, and essential oils.
Are Jukebox soaps vegan?
Yes, all of the ingredients in our soaps are vegan.
What size are the soap bars?
Jukebox soap bars are 4.5oz. Each bar is handmade, so you will experience some natural variation from bar to bar. Cold-process soaps go through a curing process after the saponified fats set, and slowly get smaller and firmer as they cure. We intentionally make our bars larger than 4.5oz so that after curing is complete, you receive a bar that is no smaller than 4.5oz.
How long does each soap bar typically last?
Our soaps last 2-3 weeks on average with daily use. We recommend using a Soap Stage with your bar and storing it out of direct contact with the water in your shower. This will help extend the life of your bar, and keep it from sticking to the tile.
What is the Soap Stage used for?
The soap stage helps keep your bar dry and elevated between uses, to ensure your bar is long lasting. It also provides a grip for your in shower use to optimize your experience. Learn more here.
Can kids and teenagers use Jukebox soaps?
Absolutely, Jukebox soaps are safe for the whole family to use!
Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Check your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for tracking of your order. Any issues, please reach out to contact@myjukebox.com.
Most orders will arrive within 7 days of ordering, but may take up to 12 days depending on carrier lead times.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free with a purchase of $45 or more. Standard shipping costs $5.
Do I need to be home when my order arrives?
Signature is not required for Jukebox packages.
Where does Jukebox ship to?
At this time, the 50 United States.

What is the Jukebox return policy?
We want you to love every Jukebox experience, so if this isn’t the best natural soap or deodorant you’ve ever used, we are here to help make it right.
We currently do not accept returns – please gift any unused products with which you are not satisfied to friends or family who want to be a part of the Jukebox Band!
